David Darragh's Beef Soup1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 small can tomato sauce
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
2 cans beef broth
1 can petite chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 can whole kernel corn
1 small bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 cup frozen small green lima beans
4 medium russet potatoes cut into small chunks
1 Tbs ground black pepper
1/2 Tbs seasoned salt
Adjust to taste with Kosher salt and ground black pepper.
Brown meat in large stew pot along with chopped onions until onions are translucent. Add all other ingredients to pot and simmer 1.5 hours.
Add 1 Tbs demi-glace dissolved in 1 cup hot water.
